Servers
Responsibilities:
- Provide efficient, friendly guest service
- Ensure that the overall guest experience exceeds expectations
- Use good judgment when dealing with guest challenges
- Follow all steps of service
- Understand and respond knowledgeably to questions about the restaurant and menu
- Use sales techniques - present and encourage current promotions to guests
- Accurately record and account for all items ordered, process payment from guests, and account for and balance all sales and receipts
- Safely and effectively transport food to a table of three in a single trip, and beverages to a table of three in a single trip
- Successfully complete alcohol awareness training
- Other duties will be assigned as needed
Qualifications

- Ability to stand/walk for an entire shift
- Understand and follow the food allergy procedure and special orders/restrictions

Hosts
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the initial warm greeting and seating of guests
- Answer telephones, taking reservations and messages, maintaining accurate guest counts and wait times
- Saying goodbye to all guests
- Assists with Coat Check duties as needed
- Assist with clearing, cleaning and resetting tables, check and maintain restrooms
- Sell and accurately account for a gift card
- Safely and effectively move chairs, tables, highchairs, and booster seats
- Other duties may be assigned as needed
Qualifications
- Be proficient in the use and operation of all necessary tools and equipment, including the reservation, telephone, paging and voicemail systems, and phone etiquette and message guidelines
- Ability to lift up to 10 pounds
- Ability to work a variety of hours, days and shifts, including weekends
- Team player with a positive attitude
- Ability to stand/walk for an entire shift
Bussers
Responsibilities:
- Assist service team with all food and beverage service
- Clean and reset tables
- Transport dirty dishes to the appropriate area
- Ensure overall guest experience exceeds expectations
- Use good judgment when dealing with guest challenges
- Other duties assigned as need
Qualifications

Dishwashers
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the washing and sanitizing of all food service utensils and miscellaneous items such as plates, silverware, glassware, pots, pans, etc.
- Responsible for assisting in maintaining the cleanliness of the back of house area
- Operate and utilize the dish machine and cleaning supplies
- Maintain a pace sufficient to prevent back up of dirty dishes, glasses, etc.
- Return/restock all items to appropriate area after washing and sanitizing procedures are completed
- Comply with all safety and sanitation (including handwashing) guidelines and procedures
- May have additional cleaning duties specific to the restaurant.

Food Runners
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the continual setup and prompt delivery of food to guests
- Responsible for ensuring a high quality of food presentation
- Confirm that each order has appropriate preparation and presentation
- Arrange food orders according to table and position numbers
